You will be introduced to your dedicated wedding planner — your single point of contact for everything. They will guide you through the planning checklist, discuss your preferences for styling, dining, entertainment, and florals, and begin coordinating with our trusted vendor partners on your behalf.
6–9 Months Before
Design & Details
This is where your wedding takes shape. Together with your planner, you will finalise your menu selections, confirm your styling and decor vision, choose your florals, and review your photography and entertainment preferences. We handle all vendor communications and bookings, keeping everything seamlessly on track.
4–6 Months Before
Legal & Paperwork
Our team provides full legal assistance for your Cyprus marriage, guiding you through every document, coordinating your town hall application, and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time. We attend the town hall appointment on your behalf so you do not have to worry about a thing.
6–12 Weeks Before
Final Preparations
With the final balance settled, we move into the finer details. Your planner will confirm your complete day-of timeline, finalise seating arrangements, coordinate transport logistics, and conduct a thorough walkthrough of every element. Your wedding dress travel box is dispatched to you in the UK for safe transport.
